What is ScanPark?
ScanPark™ is the latest motorist friendly payment platform that allows landlords to generate the revenue from car parks, without having to incur the expenses of a pay display machine, or to employ parking attendants.
How it works
Simply register with us and order your sign, which has a unique barcode identifying your parking area and your tariff. Once the sign has been installed you are ready to go.
A motorist simply scans the barcode, this then takes them to a page where they can select the number of hours before entering their registration. With two further clicks they have paid for their parking. We will provide you username and password so you can monitor all active paid parking sessions.
As simple as that!
We then send you payments monthly. We collect a commission.

How many signs do I need?
The number of signs you need depends on the size of your parking area.
Up to 5 spaces (marked or unmarked) – you need to display 2 signs inside and 1 sign by the entrance (if you own the entrance)
Up to 15 spaces (marked or unmarked) – you need to display 4 signs inside and 1 sign by the entrance (if you own the entrance)
Up to 30 spaces (marked or unmarked) – you need to display 6 signs inside and 1 sign by the entrance (if you own the entrance)
Up to 50 spaces (marked or unmarked) – you need to display 8 signs inside and 1 sign by the entrance (if you own the entrance)
We suggest that you install signs at the entrance and exit in your car park and around your parking area.
